It&#039;s all very black and white, all or nothing. There are no shades of grey mentioned when in fact the electrons make it all incredibly grey. 

Creative Commons was never supposed to replace copyright. All CC does is give a middle option so you can say &quot;I want people to use my property for creative shit but want to be sure it&#039;s still mine&quot;. The duality of copyright and public domain just isn&#039;t flexible for the real world. 

Parallels can be drawn to the war on drugs if you like.</description>
