New for 2010: Retooled

I’m really pleased to announce a new project for 2010, codenamed Retooled.

The project will work with ex-manufacturing employees from the West Midlands, skilling them up in social media and working together on a challenge which mixes old and new skills.

I will be leading on the project on behalf of Maverick TV, and it’s been commissioned as part of the Public Participation Projects for this year’s Hello Digital.

We’ll post more details closer to the time.

The project’s still in concept stage at the moment – if you’re interested in getting involved or inputting in some way, please do get in touch.

congrats to you Antonio! Heard the announcement at the Hello Digital event. A great project – and a much more healthy way of dealing with the issues of a declining manufacturing industry than the usual public money prop-up. Do blog it as you go along.
