New work with 4iP & Hotbed Media and some other stuff too..
I’m really chuffed to announce that I’m going to be working with Hotbed Media over the next couple of months as an Executive Producer, working on the business and user experience planning for their 4iP project.
The project itself hasn’t be announced yet but it’s a great idea which is right up my street.

Non-techies: New Media needs YOU!
We still tend to class new media / social media / web projects as being about “technology”, and I’m starting to get fed up of it. It’s especially bad at conferences – people are always talking about the tools as if they’re the only thing that’s important.

Frankenstory: It’s ALIVE!

Nice idea this – create your own avatar and add it to a “virtual march” in support of the land rights of the Indian Adivasi people.
Nice to see the large charities and NGOs finding ever more interesting ways of connecting with people. It’s a pretty crowded space now though so it’s important to be innovative [...]
The Local Resource Network: A social network with real purpose
Impactt have just released a wonderful new project which aims to improve labour standards across the world.
The Local Resources Network connects corporations and NGOs like M&S, Cadbury’s, Tesco and Oxfam with reliable local organisations all over the world who can help where labour standards issues arise (instances of child labour for example).
I did a bit [...]
